Hi, I'm Zuzi

I’ve been in marketing for two decades now, long enough to know that it’s not just about flashy campaigns and the latest trends. It’s about understanding people, telling your story clearly, and making sure your business gets the attention it deserves.

My passion for digital marketing started at 21 when I launched my first eCommerce store while still at university. Back then, I was studying Business and Economics (I hold both a Bachelor’s and an Engineer’s degree), and marketing quickly became my favourite part of the puzzle. Since then, I’ve collected a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Marketing, and most recently, an MBA. I’ve always been a bit of a marketing nerd.

Over the years, I’ve worked my way from Marketing Assistant to Head of Marketing, across industries like publishing, hospitality, lighting, fashion, and health & wellness, in both small and large businesses. I’ve built strategies, led teams, launched campaigns, fixed broken funnels, rebranded companies… you name it, I’ve done it.

Somewhere along the way, friends, friends of friends, and eventually small business owners started reaching out. Could I help them set up their website? Decode their social media? Write a marketing plan that actually made sense?

So here we are.

I’ve always had a soft spot for small businesses, the grit, the creativity, the heart. Helping small business owners grow and thrive is what lights me up. I know how overwhelming marketing can feel when you’re wearing all the hats. That’s why I focus on making things simple, clear, and doable, with just the right mix of strategy and support.
