Chris Bragg is a former teacher turned wedding celebrant, a dedicated football fan with a great sense of humour, and one of the most genuinely likeable, humble blokes you’ll ever meet. By the time we connected, he’d been building his celebrancy business for over a year and was ready to take it further in 2026. With a clear vision for the kind of couples he wanted to attract, Chris knew that a more cohesive brand and stronger marketing presence would help him get there, and that’s where our work together began.

Repositioning the Brand

In August 2025, wedding celebrant Chris Bragg approached Leverage Digital with a clear challenge: his business had strong foundations, but his branding, messaging, and digital presence weren’t doing justice to his personality, or attracting the couples he most wanted to work with.

Chris is warm, charismatic and genuinely one-of-a-kind. But his website and socials looked inconsistent, his unique value wasn’t clearly articulated, and the tone of voice didn’t reflect the experience he actually delivers. He needed a brand that felt like him, and a marketing strategy that supported a stronger, more intentional year ahead.

Over eight weeks, we rebuilt his brand presence from the inside out.

Understanding the Vision

Our engagement began with an audit of Chris’s marketing ecosystem: his existing website, social platforms, print collateral, and competitor landscape.

From this, several challenges emerged:

  • Tone of voice lacked consistency and didn’t match Chris’s natural warmth and authenticity

  • Website layout made it harder for couples to understand his services quickly

  • Visual and written branding varied across touchpoints

  • No clear customer journey guiding couples from “curious” to “ready to book”

  • Opportunities for differentiation were present but underutilised

During our meetings, Chris articulated his ideal direction: genuine, warm, professional, with a sprinkle of humour and without being overly sentimental. Couples should feel instantly at ease.

Shaping the Brand Story

We distilled Chris’s unique strengths into a clearer brand positioning, expressed through:

  • A revised tone-of-voice guide

  • Unified language for all platforms

  • Clearer messaging pillars for couples at every stage of their decision-making process

  • A refreshed visual identity direction to complement his existing style

This story became the anchor for the website rebuild and future marketing actions.

Website Rebuild

Chris’s original website had a strong foundation but contained a few gaps across UX, content flow, marketing funnel execution, and SEO. The goal was to streamline and shape it into a cohesive, high-performing platform that better supported his brand.

UX Refinements & Content Flow

The focus was on refining what already existed. We streamlined key sections so couples could navigate more intuitively, with clearer content hierarchy and improved readability. This allowed us to highlight Chris’s personality and unique strengths without sacrificing the depth of information he wanted to provide.

Content Optimisation

All content was rewritten to ensure consistency in tone, clarity of messaging, and alignment to brand positioning.
The new copy maintains Chris’s authentic voice while guiding couples through the decision-making journey with more confidence and ease.

Mobile Experience

Much of Chris’s audience discovers celebrants on mobile, so we ensured the new site loads cleanly and intuitively on smaller screens. Layouts, spacing, and content presentation were refined to deliver a seamless mobile-first experience.

SEO Improvements

Each page received an SEO overhaul, including updated metadata, improved keyword alignment, stronger headings, and enhanced readability.

Streamlined Contact Page

Previously, the site contained three separate contact forms, none of which were contributing meaningfully to enquiries. We consolidated these into a single, simplified contact pathway, making it easier for couples to reach out.

The Outcome

By October 2025, Chris had a fully transformed digital presence — one that finally reflected who he is and what he offers. His brand now speaks with clarity, confidence and warmth, and his website provides a memorable first impression for every couple who lands there.
